Here's something I've never come across before. This block of 12 looks like it has been massively overinked, particularly on the left hand stamps. To the extent that "POSTES" is illegible on some stamps. It looks like the ink has bled through to the rear of the stamp, which would be consistent with aniline ink. A very interesting piece that demands study. Scarce to find this stamp in a large multiple, much less with this oddity.
