Two stamps, one partial with 97 visible as year. The other is a terrific strike with a clear town name and date NO 10 97. It looks as though they were having a little wear and tear on their 9 at this time, since the decade indica very much resembles a 2 - but on very close inspection some of the elements align with being a 9.
